Minimum Viable Product (MVP) Roles:
The MVP encompasses several distinct roles that interact with the platform, each contributing to the holistic experience:
A. Organization:
Organizations play a crucial role as content providers and facilitators within Career Verse. They can sign up on the platform, ensuring their authenticity by submitting verifiable information, such as their website. A designated Point of Contact (POC) is required, enabling streamlined communication.
The POC, upon logging in, assumes the role of the organization. This role allows the creation of unique Places, representing different professional spaces. These Places can be managed, updated, and deleted by their creators. Organizations can associate stories, paths, labs, and metadata with these Places, enhancing the depth and relevance of the content. However, before content is published, it must undergo a review by the Super Admin.
B. Learner:
Learners are the users who seek to explore and develop their careers through the platform. They can register as learners and subsequently log in to access the wealth of content available. The Career Related Data Set (CARDS) provides learners with valuable insights into various career aspects.
Learners have the freedom to immerse themselves in Places, stories, paths, and labs, gaining a comprehensive understanding of different career trajectories. The platform facilitates efficient content discovery through categorization and metadata-based searching. The system generates personalized recommendations to guide learners based on their interests and interactions. Additionally, learners can conveniently track their activities through a unified dashboard, tracking explored Places, stories, paths, labs, and ongoing progress.
C. Super Admin:
The Super Admin wields the authority to manage and oversee various aspects of the platform. This role entails comprehensive control over user management for all roles, including CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations. Furthermore, the Super Admin can exercise control over content and associated metadata, ensuring a consistent and quality user experience. The pivotal responsibility of approving or disapproving content submitted by organizations lies with the Super Admin, guaranteeing the platform’s integrity and relevance.
D. Author:
Authors contribute essential content to Career Verse. They can join the platform by signing up and logging in. This role enables authors to craft Career Labs, Modules, and stories, enriching the platform’s educational offerings. Authors empower learners by creating valuable learning materials that contribute to a comprehensive career exploration experience.
