The main challenge that our team faced to prepare this ERP System is how to automate the whole distribution of Akboria’s food and bakery products. They completely relied on their age-old manual and pen-and-paper documentation from the very beginning.
Therefore, it was not an easy task to automate the whole process and make it understandable for all the users who will be using the system in their day-to-day activities.
